To visit Barcelona is to embrace both the past and the future. Transportation
The RENFE train runs every 30 minutes to and from Barcelona airport into mid-city. The ride takes about 25 minutes. Catch the train from Clot, Passeig de Gràcia , or Barcelona Sants. The name of the airport stop is Aeropuerto.
After finding your way from the airport to your accommodations, getting around Barcelona itself is easy and convenient. The subways, trains and buses of the FGC (Catalan commuter trains) and Barcelona trams all form one transportation network. Nearly all transport requires just one ticket.
